"Power Cycled" the modem?

Power cycling requires you to unplug the power cord from the wall for 2 minutes before reconnecting.

Do NOT press the Reset Button.

This usually fixes many issues. Why this happens can be from many reasons. E.G. Someone in your area has bought a new device that is now interfering with your frequency. "Power-cycling" the modem forces the modem to re-authenticate and find an available frequency.
